Upcoming Neighborhood Events

The Downing Creek annual meeting is the time we elect/reelect board volunteers to oversee the neighborhood, fill you in on what’s been happening during the last year, and give you a chance to ask questions. At the request of last year’s participants, the meeting will be held in the Downing Creek Pool Parking Lot. Please bring your own chair. If it rains the meeting will take place on Zoom, in which case a link will be sent to all owners via email. All Downing Creek property owners are encouraged to attend the meeting.

We need your help to ensure we meet our quorum requirements. Submitting your ballot/proxy helps us to meet this goal. Due to the uncertainty of weather and location, we need all owners to submit their completed ballots by Saturday, September 27th. Ballots can be mailed to the address indicated on the ballot/proxy form, dropped off in the black box on the pool gate or scanned and emailed to downingcreek@gmail.com.

Finally, immediately following the meeting, we will hold our annual Oktoberfest party. Beer and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided. Children are welcome!
